1. Software Trial and Purchase Terms
1.1. A trial version of the software is provided for evaluation purposes.
1.2. After the trial period, the software can be purchased. Upon purchase, the software is considered “accepted as tested.” No further warranties are granted.
1.3. The software has been carefully tested by the developer. If a defect is found, www.software-kronberger.com reserves the right to either rectify the issue or refund a prorated amount of the purchase price based on the duration of use relative to the license period, with a maximum refund of 95%.
1.4. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement is Salzburg, Austria.

3. Data Collection and Privacy
3.1. Comments: When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comment form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use it (Gravatar’s privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/).
3.2. Media: Users should avoid uploading images containing embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as such data may be extracted by visitors.
3.3. Cookies:

For the Single User License, the serial number of your PC is collected and stored to verify and enforce licensing conditions.

6. Data Retention
 Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to enable automatic follow-up approvals. After the end of the license period, the data will be deleted upon request.


7. User Rights Over Data
Users may request an exported file of their personal data or request data deletion, except for data retained for administrative, legal, or security reasons.

8. Data Processing and Spam Detection
Visitor comments may be processed through an automated spam detection service.
